Thank you for your help.  I don't know how to reinstall and transfer the database.  Any suggestions?

Perfect Will. I split the topic out.

Most modern receipts print the transaction in a barcode font instead of a legible font.

I collected a few receipts over the past few days and noticed that not all of them have a unique transaction number printed.  Is this just a setting that can be made on the POS system to have it print the unique transaction number?  Also, in the absence of a unique transaction number, what fields on the receipt would you suggest I use to identify the transaction and match it to the transaction in the POS database?

It is your structure that is corrupted, not the data in the fields. So it should fix it.

Chef:
Check your transaction screen (Touch Screens) make sure all three boxes of the SLU are visible.  I have seen some cases where this has been minimized to maximize the space on the screen (you would not have needed the thin top bar of the SLU if you haven't used containers before).  There should be a thin bar at the top, a larger bar in the middle and the same on the bottom.  That thin bar on top let's you select the container size.

If that isn't the solution let us know.

For now, I have decided to make "6-pack" a container size.  It's not my favorite solution though.  I'm open to any suggestions that would reduce my inventory by 6 bottles.

Thanks all!

Will the data I'm importing also be corrupted?
