LED Sign W/Micros Help.

Hi,  I sell LED signs and the news feeds that appear on them.  I have a client who has a micros POS system in their restaurant.  We use Blue Soleil software to communicate through a Blutooth usb dongle with the LED sign.  The computer the client uses to run their POS system is the same computer we are setting up this bluetooth device on.  When ever the software is open the Client's Micros system cannot connect.  Any ideas?  Something with the port settings?  Thanks in advance...
