Micros E7 terminal

Hi all,

Does any one know about the below mentioned error for Micros E7 terminal. I have added new interface for performing SVC transactions. I get the approved response, but later it shows me the below mentioned error.

Database programming error.
Service Charge definition not found.

Please let me know, if I am missing anything in configuration.

According to the E7 Manual, "The touch key is not linked to a defined service charge" . I hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply.
Even I went through the E7 user manual and found the same reason for the mentioned issue. But I am not able to figure it out. I am trying to perform Balance Inquiry, so I don't think that it requires any service charge to be linked. May be I am missing something. Anyways, do you have any idea about how to link the touch key to a defined service charge.
