When i turn on my Nexus One from a cold boot, the touch controls goes crazy. i can’t even type on the keyboard because the device registers other keys and not the one I’m actually touching but when i press the power button to put the device to sleep then immediately turn it back on again the problem is gone. Does anybody know if this is a software or hardware problem and is there a solution or should i just get a replacement phone?
