Complete POS Software solution

I run a small straightforward cash and carry store in southern California. I am currently shopping for POS hardware and would like something open to different software. Here is my shopping list any help would be great.

I need (I think)

a cash drawer
a PC
Bar code reader
and a customer readout.

Any ideas or help is greatly appreciated.

If you want solution for your confusion, then you must consider using good (I SPAM ALOT) (which is already gaining grounds in the market). How to choose a Retail POS  is another question that we have complete stuff in the site itself..For more information ...See u soon
