Our company is oeprating MICROS RES 3700 in other countries, but Australia Sydney. 

Henry, do you have any comments on their support help desk or I should say quality of service after implementation.

Their support is, I would say good. Not cheap, but above the crowd. Have you looked at NextPOS? They have IMHO just as good of a system, and much more flexible.
