Is anyone having as much trouble as I getting in touch with a live person at Provaya? I am having horrible trouble with their software and no one returns my calls or emails. I call at all different hours, go through the entire name directory, looking for someone to answer my questions. My business is suffering and my POS isn't working. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Marie, have you emailed them? I hardly ever call, when I do they answer my problems promptly, but the email support is great! Do you have a valid support contract? They will ignore you if you do not....

Henny--I have emailed for weeks, called almost every day. I finally got a reply today, but the information they gave me was incorrect. The problem I am having has to do with a peripheral device and with their charge card system. I do have two contacts at Provaya but they never answer the phone! Marie

Finally got the whole mess taken care of. The up-date on the Provaya website was incorrect. Once they corrected it and I downloaded everything seems to be running smoothly again--for now. I just wish they would get back to customers on a more timely basis. I was up a creek at my store for almost two weeks--nothing was running right, the LogicControl was down and the charge card peripheral wouldn't accept cards over exp. date of 09. It was a mess.
