Silverware POS drawer issue

Recently installed silverware POS.  I can't trigger the cash drawer to open once I complete a sale.  Other than the ethernet cable to the drawer being defective what else should I look for?  Thanks.

Solved the drawer issue, however, still fighting with an issue I have with the content of the receipt printed out.  For the life of me I can't figure out how to change the phone number.  Any ideas?
