I have a Magellan 8100 scanner/scale but i can't get it to work. I've downloaded the opos driver from data logic's website along with the dual tester software. The scanner/scale works fine in the dual test software but as soon as I exit out of the software then it stops working. Seems like something needs to be turned on or configured for the scanner to work but I don't know where. I have looked everywhere but could not find a solution for this. I've tried using the scanner on comcash pos system and cash register express but with the same results. Can someone please help?
