It is time to change the taxes in Ontario to Hst and would like to Know if anyone has a manual on changing the taxes.

No manual needed really. The 2700 is simple if you know how to get into the configurator mode.

There will either be a button on the manager's screen to go into the configurator or you can do the following.
Turn the key on.
Turn the power off.
Hold down the enter key.
While holding enter, turn the power back on.
from there follow the prompts at the top and I am sure that you can find the tax rates and change them.
