I didn't got anything from Google also about Everest POS this means the product is still unknown to public I will suggest you to go for EPSON or aldelo the well known in market.

I saw this Everest software one time as one computer parts store's management system. They looks more like a warehouse management system with a POS user interface.

Very limited information but the store owner said they paid a lot of money on that software.
