On the Micros workstation (Touchscreen) I press "Function" and then "Assign Register".
I get error: "this workstation is not authorized to assign a register".
In the Micros Configurator I changed the "Number of Cash Registers" value for the workstation from "0" to "1", and then reloaded and I still get the error. It's a Micros 8700/Unix system. I am going slightly mad, and have spent 2 hours going through each database table looking for another setting that would still cause this error. I really appreciate any assistance. Thank You.
