Unable to see products in retail POS

Hi, wonder if anyone can help me out here.
I entered my products in quickbooks, and transfer data to POS Administrator, but i'm unable to see my products in retail POS. How should i enter my product so that my product will show up on retail POS.

That is odd, are you connecting to the same database?

In retail POS, there's no option for me to point to any database. I tried to recreate a test company in QB, transferred data to POS Administrator. I can see the data there, but retail POS is still showing the same things, same items. Recommended to reinstall the retail POS?

Yes reinstalling seems to be the only possible option.
