Winstation on Micros 9700 wont recognize com port 4

Running Micros 9700 v3.1 / winstation on pc. Using OPOS for printer, cash drawer, cc swipe, and RFID. Windows shows com port 4 but no com 4 listed in L-R-L config (only 3 com ports listed) How do i get winstationto recognize com 4? Thanks in advance for any advice.

First thing I would try is a different IRQ and DMA for that port, make sure windows gave it a unique IRQ.
