Hi all,
I am configuring SVC transaction on Micros 9700 EMC v3.2 and using Micros Gift and Loyalty Card Services v4.1. In this, I am facing some issue as mentioned below:
1. After sending proper response back to Micros and even Micros closes that transaction still we are receiving reversal request for the last transaction. This problem doesn't occur if I disable the "Enable - Auto Reversal" check on interface, but if I disable this check I am not able to perform reversal of transactions. I have set the response format as per given in document.
2. Also, I am getting "Default tender not configured properly" for Issue Point transaction. I get the transaction approved on POS, but after that the mentioned error is displayed on terminal. If I keep <ItemType> tag to 'S', then the error doesn't occur, but also I am not getting print of this transaction. As per document, the <ItemType> tag should be 'T'.
Does any one having idea about this issue? Any type of help will be appreciated .
